FALCON:

FALCON is an entity and relation linking framework over DBpedia. FALCON identifies the relations and entities in a short text or question. Then link them to their corresponding URI in DBpedia knowledge graph. FALCON links relations based on the recognized entities, which makes the chance of linking the correct relations higher.
FALCON can be used in two modes:
1) Linking entities in short text
2) Linking relations and entities in sentences and questions.
